No More House Made Of Plastic For Pancho

Pancho needed help.  His brother died a few months ago from cancer at the age of 21.  His brother was the only person in the family who had a job and was providing food for the job.  They lived in a house that was made of mostly plastic and tarps. They lived down the hill from a very old Dam.  We built him a new house and gave him a new all terrain wheelchair so he can get out of the house and find a way to earn money.
